EDENRWA

Eden RWA is an investment platform that opens access, on a fractional basis, to luxury villas located in the French Caribbean: Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Guadeloupe and Martinique. Each property is held by a dedicated company (SPV in the form of a SAS or SCI) and then tokenized into ERC-20 tokens representing an indirect share of this company. Investors can acquire fractions of exceptional properties with a relatively low entry ticket while remaining exposed to a tangible real estate asset.

Net rental income is distributed automatically in stablecoins (USDC) directly to the Ethereum wallet of token holders, with an objective of transparency and operational simplicity. A participative governance model allows co-investors to contribute to key management decisions. A quarterly draw, conducted by a court-appointed bailiff, awards one token holder either a one-week stay in the villa or the equivalent of one week of the villa’s rental income.
